Full-Time position opening in the Dunlap office for a Program Clerk in our Child Food Department. The position of Program Clerk performs administrative and clerical work under general supervision of the Program Director. Program Clerk responsibilities include a variety of program specific data entry and retrieval activities. Additional activities associated with the position may include answering telephones providing information to the public and relaying messages to co-workers, while determining eligibility of program participants and basic accounting procedures. This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines and scanners. The position of agency driver is responsible for work performed under general supervision involving the transportation of agency clients; including elderly and disabled individuals. Drivers are expected to drive scheduled trips to client requested destinations while ensuring the safety and timely delivery of agency passengers. Qualifications include excellent vehicle operation skills and capability of interacting appropriately with diverse groups of people.
