Family Development Specialist
We have a full-time position job opening in our Jasper office for a Family Development Specialist serving Sequatchie, Bledsoe, Marion and Grundy counties. The position is responsible for the daily case management of families enrolled in the Family Self-Sufficiency program. Job duties include; completion of family needs assessments, linkage to identified services, development of service plans and monitoring family progress. Minimum two-year college coursework in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Education or related field; one-year social services and case management experience or combination experience and education; must have computer and general office equipment skills and a valid Driver’s License. 2017 Family Development Specialist

Full and/or Part-Time positions available in Bledsoe, Grundy, Marion, McMinn, Rhea, Polk and Sequatchie Counties. The position of agency driver is responsible for work performed under general supervision involving the transportation of agency clients; including elderly and disabled individuals. Drivers are expected to drive scheduled trips to client requested destinations while ensuring the safety and timely delivery of agency passengers. Qualifications include excellent vehicle operation skills and capability of interacting appropriately with diverse groups of people. Must have a valid Class D driver's license with F-endorsment, excellent vehicle operation skills, MVR and background check, drug screen and DOT physical pre-employment requirements. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Note: This position requires a criminal background check. Homemaker/Personal Care Aide
Part-time positions available in Bledsoe, Bradley, Grundy, Marion, McMinn and Sequatchie Counties: Homemaker/Personal Care Aide requirements: must be 18 years of age, Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or proof of training, pre-employment background check and drug screen, valid Class D driver's license, vehicle transportation and proof of vehicle insurance.
Job duties: in-home non-medical client services; general housekeeping, personal assistance of clients with daily living activities, hygiene assistance, meal preparation and planning and maintenance of client records.
