The position of Administrative Assistant performs administrative and clerical work under the direct supervision of the Community Corrections and Misdemeanor Probation program directors. The Administrative Assistant responsibilities include a variety of program specific data entry and retrieval activities. Additional duties include administration of offender drug screen and offender intake processing. The position answers telephone calls, relays information to co-workers, performs basic accounting procedures and handles highly confidential and sensitive information while dealing with diverse groups of people. The position of agency driver is responsible for work performed under general supervision involving the transportation of agency clients; including elderly and disabled individuals. Drivers are expected to drive scheduled trips to client requested destinations while ensuring the safety and timely delivery of agency passengers. Qualifications include excellent vehicle operation skills and capability of interacting appropriately with diverse groups of people. Must have a valid Class D driver's license with F-endorsment, excellent vehicle operation skills, MVR and background check, drug screen and DOT physical pre-employment requirements. Part-time positions available in Bledsoe, Bradley, Grundy, Marion, McMinn and Sequatchie Counties: Homemaker/Personal Care Aide requirements: must be 18 years of age, Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or proof of training, pre-employment background check and drug screen, valid Class D driver's license, vehicle transportation and proof of vehicle insurance.
Job duties: in-home non-medical client services; general housekeeping, personal assistance of clients with daily living activities, hygiene assistance, meal preparation and planning and maintenance of client records.
